I ordered a specific size, but a different one showed up. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s definitely annoying. It just feels like someone was careless when packing or checking the order, which is frustrating when it could’ve been avoided so easily

"Color wasn’t what I expected"
I ordered a cover from formosacovers.com, and the fit was fine, so no real issue there. But the color threw me off because it looked way darker and cleaner in the pictures online.
When it showed up, it looked more faded and kind of cheap in person. It still does the job, but it’s not really what I thought I was getting. Anyway.

I measured twice, so I’m sure this wasn’t on me. I ordered the size they recommended, but the cover was still way too tight and the corners didn’t line up at all. Maybe it works for some people, but in my case the sizing was clearly off, and yeah, that was annoying

"Didn’t hold up long"
I bought this patio cover hoping it would last a while, but the material felt thin right out of the box. After just a few weeks, the seams started coming apart and something about it just looked kind of cheap. For what I paid, I expected better. I wouldn’t buy it again...

I tried reaching out to customer service, but the replies were really slow. I get that things can get busy, but with an order, you kind of expect timely updates without having to keep chasing. It made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be.

"Fits fine, but I expected better durability"
I got a cover from Formosa Covers and, to be fair, the fit was good right out of the box. No complaints there. The material also seemed decent at first, but after a few months outside, I’m already noticing wear around the corners. It still does the job for now, but I think if a company sells something meant to handle outdoor use, it should hold up better than this. It’s not a terrible cover, but it feels like they could’ve made it tougher instead of just “good enough.”

"Shipping was soooo slow"
I ordered from formosacovers.com the shipping took waaay longer than I expected. I kept checking the tracking like every day, but it felt like nothing was moving for daaaays. I really needed the cover sooner, so by the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed. The product itself might be okay, but the long wait was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Returning It Was Way More Trouble Than It Should’ve Been"
I sent the cover back thinking it would be a simple return, but it turned into a whole headache. I had to keep emailing just to get updates, and the refund took way longer than it should have. The replies I got didn’t really help either, so a basic thing ended up feeling unnecessarily difficult.

The cover itself was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box arrived crushed and had tape on it in a weird way, like maybe it had been opened or patched up at some point, though I can’t say for sure. It just didn’t give a great first impression

It just feels way too pricey for what you get. I’ve been trying to justify it, but at this point I’m seriously considering switching to something else if the cost doesn’t make more sense...

"Rain came right through"
I was really disappointed with this cover. The first decent rain we got, water came right through and it definitely didn’t hold up like I expected. When I tried to get help, it felt like I just got hit with the usual “that’s our policy” excuse instead of an actual solution. Frustrating experience overall.

Am I the only one who felt like the site was mostly fine to use, but the checkout part was a little clunky? I was able to find what I needed without much trouble, but actually buying it took more effort than I expected...
